Moby Mart Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations
Moby Mart offers shipping across India. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout and based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered and the delivery location. Additional charges for shipping may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Damaged Items in Transport

7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

10. Delayed Deliveries
If there is a delay with your shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, Moby Mart is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.
